That was a powerful session. I have glowing-ness about me; I feel like I am glowing. It’s a very visceral feeling. I feel like my solar plexus feels different than it felt when I started. I just, wow. I feel like it melted away a little bit and has almost like a pleasant feeling there. And I definitely feel better about the future. I feel like “ok, I can do this. it’s not all so bad.” I was able to let out some of my fears and have them validated, and so I feel better. Speaking these feelings out loud and having you be here to guide me through this has been a great experience for me. I feel like I will be able to carry this feeling forward now. I will try and carry it for as long as I can. I also feel more confident in my own abilities next time to sense things more deeply and practice radical self compassion. It’s been a while, being a logically minded person at work. I am also a feeler. I work through both sides. I am very logical and I think about things in such a way that I don’t normally incorporate compassion for myself. I am going to start doing that more.
