Scope of Services

I want every session to feel safe and clear. Here's what my work is, what it isn't, and how it fits alongside other support in your life.

What I offer

I'm a certified meditation coach, a 200-hour yoga teacher and a mentor. My sessions offer mindfulness, breathwork, nervous system regulation, reflective coaching, community practice, and creative and technology guidance.

What I'm not

I'm not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor or addiction counselor. My sessions are not diagnosis, treatment, therapy or crisis care, and no particular outcome is promised.

Working alongside your care

If you're living with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma or another mental or physical health condition, you're welcome here, as long as you're also working with a licensed professional. Meditation and mindfulness can be a supportive practice next to that care, never a replacement for it.

Please keep taking any medication and following any treatment plan as directed by your providers. With your permission, I'm happy to keep our work in line with what your care team recommends.

If you're in crisis

Sessions are not for emergencies. If you're thinking about harming yourself or are in danger, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or call 911 right away. Outside the US, contact your local emergency number.

Physical practices

Yoga, breathwork and dance are gentle, but listen to your body, rest whenever you need to, and check with your doctor first if you have health concerns, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury.

Business, AI and technology sessions

These sessions offer strategy, teaching and hands-on building. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. For those decisions, please talk with a qualified professional.
