Structure the knowledge, documents, prompts, and decision logic. Build the smallest useful version of the primary tool and test it against real work. Connect it to the surrounding workflow — intake, documents, approvals, notifications, downstream outputs. Then harden it across realistic cases and exceptions.

Validate and operationalize
You use the system in actual work. We observe friction, measure early results, correct failure modes, separate what creates value from what merely demos well, and establish the operating habits that make it stick.

Transition and next-phase planning
Documentation, access and ownership, an operating playbook, baseline-versus-current metrics, and a sequenced roadmap for what to stabilize, what to build next, and what should not be built yet.
Monday–Sunday delivery weeks. The exact calendar can be adjusted in the engagement agreement if your operating cadence requires it.

Can't I just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT can be one component. The bottleneck is usually the workflow around it: what information is available, how outputs get checked, where the work goes next, and how it fits your operation. This engagement builds that surrounding infrastructure.
Will this automate my entire business?
No responsible engagement promises that. The goal is one high-value workflow, something genuinely useful built around it, validated in real work, plus a clear path for the next phase.
What if the first idea changes?
The process is designed to learn. Weeks 1–2 establish the problem and architecture; the following weeks use real feedback. The scope stays focused, but the solution is allowed to evolve when evidence supports a better direction.
Do I need to be technical?

Will I own what gets built?
