We will identify a promising opportunity, who on your team to interview, and what a useful first prototype would need to demonstrate. You leave with a written opportunity brief and a recommended next step—not a promise of a finished product in this discovery call.

No customer records, passwords, or access to internal systems are needed. Bring a fictional example of a recurring problem. Employee expertise and business ideas can still be confidential; we agree on what may be shared or recorded before doing so.

After discovery, we can scope individual paid employee interview and innovation sessions, a prototype project, or an ongoing partnership. Development, testing, deployment, and support are agreed separately and custom-built to your specifications and needs.

Your company can own the bespoke deliverables we agree to build. Before development, a written agreement defines ownership and transfer terms, source-code access, any retained pre-existing technology, third-party licenses, confidentiality, and permitted reuse. Using an AI service is not the same as training a new model; we review provider terms and data handling before sharing sensitive information.
